Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your email box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a brand new email box account in an instant and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail box accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just specify the mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
